The Gap
People may know what to do, but not what needs to be done. You’ve had glimpses in the past, but couldn’t quite put your finger on it. This space between knowing and doing is the gap.
The Wager
The bet the project is making about how to close it: don’t try to teach; create the conditions for people to learn. A lesson tells you things. Environments change the conditions, so opportunity gets the chance to knock at your door.

The Strike-Point
The honest weakness, stated up front. If the Outlier way only works in our presence, it’s not the way. You know the way when you realise it was always there and you just had to tap into it. The live experiment is to show it works without us in the room, and let people see for themselves. It hasn’t yet.
The Project aims to show people that from the crucial first follower, game-changing teams can emerge.
